YMCA stretches and strengthens with facility featuring Marpo Rope Trainers among it's updated layout

The long-awaited expansion project at the Stuart C. Gildred Family YMCA in Santa Ynez is complete.
The 29,000-square-foot YMCA “total health” center features all new state-of-the-art cardiovascular and strength equipment, including a stretching area, three large flat-screen TVs, and a Marpo rope trainer, like the one seen on the “Biggest Loser” TV show.

The Santa Ynez location will hold a member reception on March 28, 2012 to answer any questions and teach the community more about what to expect from the "Y".
